Dr. Chai and the assistants at the Arden location were amazing. Dr. Chai is very meticulous and spends quality time with his patients to provide excellent service and great results. He is extremely knowledgeable, and will take the time to answer all of your questions. The assistants were very friendly, great at their job, and provided a great experience as well
Got fitted for a retainer and came to my appointment to pick it up. They told me the lab was running behind and it wasn’t ready after I sat there for 20 mins. No phone call, no email, no heads up. Thanks for the wasted time 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
I’m rating this a 5 only because of Mr Tuan! ( Arden ) super nice guy, made me felt comfortable removing my brackets and took his time knowing my sensitivity issue with my teeth. Over all good service, but when renewing my contract it was expensive! Instead of charging full price they should allow us (bad people) pay half. Thank you Tuan! Hope no one sits in your chair!
We had a FANTASTIC experience in this office with both of our kids. Our two eldest both had braces and straightening, and have recently completed treatment. We are ECSTATIC about the outcomes. The overall treatment was highly affordable and high quality. Throughout the process the staff and doctors have done a fantastic job of keeping us in regular appointment schedules with no misses. This dental office is a SCAM. The coordinators will intentionally give you incorrect information regarding the patient's dental benefits to convince you to sign the contract. Ask them to send an estimate of the cost of the treatment to your dental insurance or call your insurance to be informed of the benefits covered by your dental plan.
