No permanent staffing I had a bad experience when one of the technician argued with me and it’s unprofessional . I had been with ortho and they’re very professional. It seems like they rush through with my granddaughter s braces... I didn’t take any handout I paid in full which was a mistake.
Customer service is HORRID!!!!
Such a joke. Unprofessional. Lost my daughters molds for her expanders- didn’t tell me they were lost til we showed up in the office to have them put in just to be told new molds had to be made. It’s now been 4 weeks and she is scheduled to have expanders put in tomorrow morning and I just received a voicemail that they’re not there. However Monday of this week we were at the office and assured they would be there! I am so disappointed at the level of disconnect and complete lack of communication this office has shown us.
