Horrible horrible experience from the start. Asked for reminder calls 4 appointments in a row and never got them. The young girls in the front are extremely rude. Don’t bother making a 8am appointment. They don’t open the doors until 8:30. One doctor put my braces on, the next appointment I saw a different doctor, where she commented on how they were put in wrong and needed to be fixed but didn’t fix them. Made my third appointment specifically with the second doctor, showed up and she wasn’t there that day. That third appo... read more
If your appointment is at 4pm be prepared they will call you at 4:45pm. But if you are 5 minutes late your appointment they will rescheduled.
I wish I could say that I recommend this office, unfortunately that is not the case! We have been a patient with them for over 4 years. When dr Iverson owned the practice it was wonderful but as soon as premier took over everything went downhill! A treatment that was supposed to be 3 years took over 4... and still counting. We live out of town and on numerous occasions have arrived to appointments for nothing. Multiple reason from them such as “they forgot the dentist wasn’t in on that day”...
