Charged me for service then put a block on my address claiming I refused to pay for service.

Plumber was pleasant, but waited over 4 hours for call back, understandable considering all the burst pipes due to the weather. However, I was told if they arrived after 5, service fee was time and a half, so it would be 175 dollars. If any repairs and parts were needed, the 175 dollars would be applied to the repair. Plumber applied heating device to pipes and a few minutes later, had water again. Charge was 350 dollars. Very excessive considering scope of work.
