I agree with all the other reviews on this site. This was the best experience I've had in 30 plus years. Every single part of the work they were doing here was superb. My home was power-washed, my deck, my privacy fence, my sidewalks, and my driveway. They washed my windows inside and out. I watch them a couple of times doing windows I actually saw them inspecting and making sure the glass will spotless. Brandon and his team always did an excellent job with roof repairs, gutter cleaning and more on a 40 year old property I managed here in the Triangle with very high elevation.
They are the best and always do a great job. A great company with great employees. Very reliable and loyal. Would definitely recommend!!

Premier Property Services are the best I have found in 30 years. THey are the most professional and reliable you could find. From first scheduling to the final product this is a wonderful group to work with. Very trustworthy, responsible, they do what they say they will do and more. If they find other problems that they don't handle they will advise you of the concern and not let it sneak up on you to become a large problem. The final result of their work would be difficult to find in others!
