I went to Premier Toyota not sure if I could purchase a car. Paul Owens talked me through every step and answered every question I had. I felt he went above and beyond to help me. I am really impressed with the service department. I had a scheduled oil change, which they said would take about 45 minutes, so I decided to just wait. I barely got my crossword puzzle started and the oil was changed, new filter installed, tires rotated, fluids filled, and total car inspection was completed. twenty-five minutes later I was out the door. Kudos to the service department. I was impressed.
