Super friendly staff, convenient location. Bedside manner and compassion are important from the moment someone walks in, not just for patients but for the brand. This location was great. 90% of the time all Premiere locations I’ve been to over the years have been excellent with bedside manner and care. Thankful there’s an urgent care closer to the suburban/rural area.
My experience here is always a pleasant one. They are very professional, organized, friendly and caring. The whole staff shows compassion and concern for the patient. The doctors are always very caring and listens to the patient while providing excellent care. I would highly recommend this urgent care facility.
Great experience with the PA! She was really helpful and careful- as well as attentive with me. I was a bit put off by the reactions and demeanor of the nurse I interacted with, but that doesn’t negate from the overall experience with the physicians assistant. She was truly awesome.
I went to Premier Urgent Care because I was experiencing severe respiratory issues and symptoms. I had already gone to the health clinic a couple days before with no help or treatment or prescriptions from them. They just said I didn’t have strep. I was greeted by a lady at the front desk who gathered information that she needed from me and they got me straight back to see the doctor right away. I have had the opportunity to visit Premier Urgent Care both in China Spring and in Woodway. Both experiences were phenomenal! The staff was great and very personable. Their was very little wait time which was great! I would highly recommend Premier and will go here first when needing medical attention.
