My actual technician was quick and efficient, however after I signed in I was ignored by the office staff for 15 minutes while they chatted and hung pictures. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to get in with the injector, which made me miss my next appointment.
I had a great experience! I have a lot of trouble when it comes to getting my blood drawn, and Monica was fantastic. Only one stick! And painless. Tammy did a wonderful job with my PRP facial. She was professional, thorough, answered all my questions, and just basically a very nice person. I highly recommend this place. I will be going back monthly.
