Jackie made the experience 10X better!Â
All staff are super friendly. My peel w/Jackie is not what I'd hoped for. When you leave a peel thinking about what products you have at home to get the spots she missed, it was not a success. I called to see if they could take care of only the spots I am referring & it resulted in a long vm from Jackie explaining how they couldn't have been missed so I'm disappointed & won't be back.Â
After a ton of research & reading reviews, I decided to go with this company. Others suggested to go with Kylie, so I booked through her (her schedule books up quick, so you may have to wait a few weeks to see her). Kylie was very professional & answered all my questions & made me feel comfortable during the IPL. The front staff is very BUSY & not the most personable, but Kylie made up for it.Â
Didn't like the fact that they didn't verify that when they called my name that the person was me. Another lady went under my name and had a treatment. Staff didn't realize til someone else called my name out and the girl at the desk said "I already treated her". Oops Also staff didn't go over the form you had me fill out.Â
Kylie was great. I would definitely come back again.Â
Organized, clean, fast, staff friendly. This was my firs-time visit impression. I'm looking forward to the best result though.Â
