The actual appointment was fine, and Kelly was very thorough. My only issue is that I did not get seen until 30 minutes after my appointment time. Not sure why.

A very positive experience all around. Great customer service, the facial treatment was explained thoroughly to me by my Esthetician, Darian, as well as after treatment and follow-up.
Very informative and knowledgable about injectables, would def use them again.
I was expecting something else.
Misty was just awesome. Took her time explaining the difference between Botox and dysport. And didn’t try to overwhelm me with an up selling. Definitely will be back.

I can recommend Kelly to perform a PRP facial, with relief... The clinic processed the Groupon vouchers ethically. No hard sell or voucher hostage taking to up sell additional services or products.
It’s seems to be a legit place. So far so good I will update this after completing treatments.
