Front staff was friendly and got me in fairly quickly. Terrie was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable for my 1st IPL facial and she also made recommendations for a vi peel without being pushy about it. Definitely will be coming back.

The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars from me was because another customer brought 3 kids in and LEFT them in the waiting room(which they trashed) while she went back with a doctor for over 30 minutes. I could hear them from my room when I went back. The staff was so sweet and made my injections quick and enjoyable! 10/10 will be back and would recommend.
Staff was friendly. IPL facial took 10 minutes. First alcohol rubbed on face to cleans the skin, then the laser treatment and afterwards sunblock was quickly applied. I left without my face looking any different. 4 days later and no change.
