unknown The professionalism was excellent. The sales person I dealt with took a keen interest in ensuring everything was accomplished and when there were issues he resolved them quickly. I would have liked a more timely completion of the project, but when working with sub-contractors it can be difficult. The selling point for me was the estimate. Two people came to do the fence and the work was completed in a day. They arrived on time and left the area clean.They were direct and straight forward. There was no problem and we got exactly what we wanted. They put a stone retainer wallin and they put a wood fence in for us.

unknown I had a old, tall maple tree in the back yard that had dead limbs and so I decided to remove the whole tree. I called Yards R Us, which I had used before several times. I learned that they had merged with Premium Lawn. The former Yards R Us executive now with Premium reviewed the problem tree and thoroughly explained how the tree would be removed. Premium came out to give an estimate after another local company (Ryan's) walked off the job when I got upset about the lack of professionalism exhibited. I was gone when Ritchie came by to look at the property , so he spoke with my brother-in-law and they talked through the work. We had 4 big needs: drainage in the courtyard, drainage in the backyard, hardscape in the courtyard, sod installation in the backyard. We arevery pleased with the job done by Premium Lawn and Landscape. The results are incredible and exceeded our expectations. The yard no longer looks like a jungle and is ready for its for sale photo op! The team from Premium was prompt and professional. They worked for most of the day and did an excellent job. unknown Work involved clearing overgrown plants, replacing with sod, removing overgrown rhododendron and replacing with azaleas, removing juniper bushes and replacing with box woods. He also trimmed back several other bushes and cleaned up bedding. He came on time for the estimate and began work within a week of when the deposit was paid. It took 2 trips to get everything planted but it looks great.

It was $28 for the mowing and $500 for the spring clean up. It was very good. They were responsive. Some we did not hear from. There was one whom we heard from but they never provided a bid. Another one said they did not do townhouse lawns but they would do the spring clean up for us. We were looking for one company that would do both. We hired Premium Lawn& Landscape to do mowing in the summer and do a spring clean up.

unknown We worked with Ritchie on a patio and landscape project. He showed up and was very professional from the start. The crew worked hard and was equally professional the entire two weeks they were here. They cleaned up at the end of every day and really made us at ease with the way they did the construction. Everyone we spoke to at Premium was very nice and easy to work with. We love our new backyard!
