My first visit to Dr.Walker (was referred). I found all front office personnel I dealt with to be efficient and courteous. Becky, the assistant, was friendly, as well as, efficient and courteous. Dr. Walker is impressive! Actually read the medical history you are asked to complete, and had follow up questions. He informed me of the what and why s of the examination. Excellence exemplified. Dr Jirsa and staff (Jan) are very detailed and thoughtful in everything. Dr Jirsa is thorough in listening and educating. He makes good use of today's advanced tech in his field, pointed out exactly what is happening and what will be done. He effectively used detailed video showing the planned work. Couldn't be more please or be in better hands. All staff are very personable. Office is very considerate to no billing surprises/unexpected payment mandates.

When my dentist referred me to Dr Walker, he did so conveying his high regard for Dr Walker’s ethics and qualifications. I was assured of said ethics and professionalism reflected in all interactions I had with Dr Walker, the receptionist, nurses and staff throughout my first consultation. Highly recommend Dr Jirsa. Although no one wants to lose a tooth, Dr Jirsa did an excellent job and made the experience as pleasant and bearable as possible. I greatly appreciate him taking care of my issue!
