My first visit was wonderful. The young lady when I checked was so nice. Dusty the hygienist as fabulous. She was very thorough in her explanations and was great doing the cleaning. Dr Bowman was great to meet. He reminded me of my dentist in Colorado for 30 yrs. His sense of humor is great and I love the family atmosphere in this office. My husband and I are patients with Prescott Smile Care and our children go to a pediatric dentist. Switching my children over to Dr. Balbos has been one of the best decisions I've made as a parent. She is very caring, knowledgeable person and has a passion for her job. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and not nervous what so ever. The entire staff there is simply amazing and everyone is always smiling. Thank you Dr. Balbos and Prescott Smile Care for taking care of us !
