When making the appointment I thought if was for a normal new patient examination as well as a cleaning which is the same as my husband scheduled. When I arrived I was seen as a second opinion patient and did not get the service that I had hoped for during this visit. I was able to schedule the cleaning for a future appointment, but would have preferred to have it all done on this visit.
