Best, most thorough cleaning yet. I had some rough fillings from a previous dentist and they are no longer a bother. I can never say it was a wonderful experience going to the dentist, I can think of a million things I'd rather do. That said, you guys make it about as good as it can get.
Always on time. Everyone is friendly and upbeat and organized. If going to the dentist can be fun, you're it!
As usual, I was called for my appointment on time, Daniela asked if there were any changes to my health or meds and there were so she noted them. She did check on the condition of what had been a problematic implant and it turned out to be fine and well secured. Dr Bowman came and in double checked everything and I'm good for another 6 months.
I was escorted into the work area ahead of my appointment time. It only took 35 minutes of a one hour appointment, with no novocain! Perfect!
Dr. Bowman was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. As an experienced "dental queen" since about age 8 who's had more work done in one lifetime than most do in 10 (!), I select my dentist(s) with extreme care -- because I have to. I tolerate not even a mediocre dentist for one second! Only the best for my genetically-challenged teeth. My first visit with Dr. Bowman, who came highly-recommended, definitely instilled confidence. Plus he got the job done well!
Courtney is very professional, personable and good at what she does as a hygienist. I felt comfortable and enjoyed "visiting" with her.
Listened & began taking care of the issue
Very friendly and professional. Was made to feel that I was important to the practice.
Even though my regular hygienist wasn't there, krista jumped right in and did a great job!
