GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, patient and many other wonderful things. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth, Maggie , was OUTSTANDING!!!! I could tell that Maggie had many years of experience. I hope Maggie is always there when I have my appointment. Dr. Bowman was also terrific. Prescott Smile Care works great as a team! Everyone is genuinely interested in the wellbeing of the patient. Tori is very knowledgeable in her field. Her explainations are clear and precise. I feel safe having her take care of my dental needs.

I feel like Dr. Balbos was very knowledgeable and skilled and explained what she was doing and why she was doing it during the entire crown process. My only feedback to her is that when she refers to Dr. Bowman that she not say “my dad” it makes it seem that she is not his equal professionally and this could instill a lack of confidence in her abilities and possible make patients less trusting in her.
