The reminder system via e-mail and text is very helpful. The appointment went very smoothly. My technician, Dusty, was professional and friendly. I'm actually looking forward to my next cleaning.
I called for help and got it in a timely fashion. SeSe took interest and worked to get me quickly scheduled. Dr. Tori review my case on the spot and they set a schedule. While I did not consider this an emergency, it was rapidly coming to that and because SeSe and Dr. Tori worked out a plan the Emergency was averted.
