My wife enjoyed the massage. The only real negative was that on the day of the appointment the weather was really bad. I tried to reschedule for my wife so she wouldn't have to drive the long distance to the spa in inclement weather conditions. They wouldn't let us reschedule due to their 24h cancellation rule. That's ok and I understand but it would have been nice if they could have used some discretion with this policy.

Wonderful experience!! The front desk staff is very friendly and attentive. The IPL procedure and expectations for results were explained to me before the procedure. The aesthetician was very professional and friendly. The center has many procedures to choose from to address a variety of skin care concerns. I highly recommend it!
