Staff is always kind and welcoming!! Efficient, VERY clean and professional. One of the nicer spas in Birmingham. They offer a variety of treatments. Incredible customer service and professional doctors!!
I love massages and I get them regularly, and I can honestly say this was the best massage I've had! The front desk staff was friendly and quick, it smelled heavenly in there. Karen used the perfect mix of temperature and aromatherapy, kneading and long strokes to loosen up my tight muscles, she even made my migraine go away!! She's a professional healer. I will be back!
Tammie is amazing as are all of the staff. She explained everything about my IPL procedure along with aftercare requirements. I have been patronizing them for over a decade and have never been disappointed.
recently I had an IPL first time at your facility unfortunately I felt that the machine is so freaking hot that she continued doing the procedure. Less than 5 minutes she eventually telling me that the machine is not working properly. I felt I was tortured. I trusted that this facility is handled professional however at this time I was having my IPL was not satisfied. The procedure was done June 10, 2019 at 10:30am
