this pressed cafe always knocks it out of the park
Great service as always. I can always rely on them to perform when it comes to large catering events.
This was my second order this week from Pressed Cafe. The first order went great. This second one not so much. The driver did not call or text as requested when they arrived. They dropped the food off in the hallway without saying anything to anyone. So, the delivery was subar, but the food was still good with a variety of options for those with dietary restrictions.

Office loved the individually wrapped panini lunch boxes
I wish I could give them more stars. The food was great and everyone loved it. The problem is the delivery person did not call me when they arrived per the delivery instructions. Instead they came into the office setup the food in a side conference room and left. Did not let anyone know had been there. We only knew the food arrived because someone went into the room to make a quick call. If it wasn't for the delivery I would have said this place was a 5.
Placed this order for a group I don't usually support and didn't know how many people would show. This made ordering difficult, but Pressed Cafe made it easy. They arrived on time and helped me bring it into the building. I love that their food is fresh, and they have allergen friendly options.
The food was good and the group really enjoyed it. We had changed the delivery time to 5:30pm, but the delivery person showed up at 4:45pm and didn't call the number listed as the contact for the group, Keith, and instead called our office. I don't think that the restaurant received the updates about the order from EzCater.
