the burritos were not good at all. for the ones with bacon or sausage, those were hardly present in the burrito.
The delivery driver was amazing and very patient with me but the food was subpar. The eggs in all the sandwiches were undercooked and a handful of the labels were wrong where it said you would get an egg muffin but instead there was a bagel.
Over 90 minutes delayed. No prior information about the delayed. Called after 30 minutes of delay to find out.
Pressed Cafe is delicious, and the order received is accurate, but they are always VERY late. I recommend scheduling the delivery for at least 30-45 minutes before you need the food. For example, if you need lunch delivered at 12:00, schedule your delivery for 11:15. Then it will (hopefully) arrive around 12:00, but expect your food to be late regardless. I would not recommend Pressed Cafe if you need a guaranteed delivery time.
Normally, I have nothing but praise for Pressed Cafe, as my office orders from you quite frequently, especially for larger events. However, yesterday's order arrived an hour late, and we did not receive any communication from your team until the driver finally called my colleague to inform them that they were 11 minutes away. This caused a significant inconvenience for my team, as we had a set schedule for the day and had to turn the lunch into a working session to stay on track with the agenda.
Pressed cafe is good, they are usually a little late but not this time. The only thing consistently wrong with them is that every time I have ordered lunch from them there are always a couple of sandwiches that are mislabeled from what sandwich is supposed to be in the box, and what sandwich is actually in the box, so be careful with that especially if you have vegetarians or allergies in your party. Luckily no one has gotten sick but I have had vegetarians/vegans tell me that they almost ate a sandwich with meat in it.
5 Stars for delivery, but 2 Stars for food. Their catering food compared to their in-restaurant to-go is sub-par. Soggy and poorly made sandwiches. Would not recommend them.
