Please do NOT take your pet here! When I first came I signed up for the paw plan to get my pet treatment. And for MONTHS they’ve been delaying it due to “staff issues.” So I’ve been paying on a plan and getting no treatment or help. When I finally decided to seek care elsewhere the staff there forgot to report I wanted to cancel so again for MONTHS I’ve been paying again. Honestly, a terrible vet. When Doctor Carter was there, it was decent. But since then and even while he was there, the office staff has always been horrendous. They do not know their ass from a hole in the ground. After several charges to my bank because someone "forgot to flag" my payment as paid, I finally got that corrected through the bank.
