I wanted to thank Dr. Carter and vet Tech Emma for caring for Simon today. I have a vet for Life. Dr. Carter is knowledgeable, approachable, reasonable and kind. He was extraordinary helpful in providing ways to help us manage all of our pets care. I'm so grateful to Emma as well as she has a warm and kind temperament and made us feel at ease. I love how kind and caring they are. Really made made nervous dog comfortable. Dr Kimber is very thorough and addresses complicated issues in a slow methodical manner. As a medical provider myself, I truly respect the care she delivers!

On Monday we were told that our fur baby was going to need emergency surgery from an emergency clinic. Seems our girl swallowed some stuff she shouldn't have. They recommended finding another place that could get her in that day. After looking around we were recommended to Prestige and I'm so happy we went. We brought our quarantine rescue puppy here and got on a puppy plan. Right before his neuter, they did a typical blood draw. It was off, so we saw the in-house specialist within a week to determine what was going on with our pup’s kidneys. Dr. Carter has been very thorough and I trusted his move with the specialist, Dr. Foy. We came home with a treatment plan and I was very satisfied with how well they took care of us.
