Went here years ago, I have lots of benign moles, they were very good, and would freeze them off during my visits. Now have rude staff, Allison worked on me, cut one mole off for biopsy. Gave me shot for numbing pain, then proceeded to start cutting right away before shot had time to work. EXTREMELY PAINFUL!!! She didn't want to freeze off many moles, finally got her to freeze a few, but didn't do any on my face or neck. I won't be going back here.

Rude staff. Played videos at the receptionist desk so loud that it was very audible in the waiting room. Put symptoms and treatments in my report that never happened and are now trying to get money out of me. TERRIBLE place.

I had an appointment today which was an unforeseen appointment and due to the hurricane Irma money was so tight and they would not bill me and the receptionist Martha I think was so nasty!! Last time I come here very very disappointed in how I was treated and IM A RN also Some of there medical staff kinda makes you feel embarrassed about what is going on with your skin.. I already hate my body as it is and this just broke me even more � sadly I don't want to come back here again

A family member was sent a letter for payment due for services. It was poorly written with misspelled words, poor grammar, lack of professionalism, lacking information of the person that wrote the letter and just plain rude. If they didn't have the footer showing the business information, you'd think it was a fraudulent letter. Prestige, have you ever heard of proofreading a professional letter? Better yet, have you ever heard of manners?

Prestige Dermatology of New Port Richey located at 4546 Grand Blvd, New Port Richey, FL 34652 is the worst among the medical service providers in Pasco county of Florida. I have My Blue Silver HMO plan and scheduled a dermatologist appointment in the middle of December 2016. On January 2, 2017 the front desk called me and cancelled the appointment saying my plan was not covered.
