Everyone in the office was very nice and made a first time appointment much better and less stressful. Very informative about everything. It was a great experience. I wish more offices were like this one. I highly recommend them to anyone
I have been going to Dr Monticello for probably 23 years. She is always very friendly and I love that she always ask me if there are any spots that I have my own concerns about. I have had multiple cancer spots and have a family history of skin cancer so she takes really good care of me and I like that you get your biopsy results back pretty quickly.
Everyone here is so pleasant to work with! Dr. M is the best - so knowledgeable and kind. The office runs very efficiently which allows me to get in and out quickly. I highly recommend Prestige!
I had never been to a Dermatologist before, & mentioned that on both the forms I filled out and returned way ahead of my appointment, as well as during. In my opinion, it would have been nice to tell a newcomer what to expect their first visit. Felt a bit invasive with just a hello. After being led to the room, I was left sitting in the chair which FACES THE DOOR, in the paper gown. The doctor and the staff are outstanding. They found a solution to my problem and within days I was feeling much better. I highly recommend this office.
