I have been going to Dr Patel for about 3 years now and have always experienced the best customer service from all the staff. They now offer same day crowns! I had a crown replaced yesterday and it was so nice to be able to walk out the same day with the permanent crown rather than a temporary crown and then have to go back for another appointment to get the permanent crown! Highly recommend this group of caring people.

From the phone etiquette booking the appointment with receptionist , meeting with Dr.Patel and her staff couldn’t have had a better experience! Needless to say I was so scared they were very encouraging, understanding and professional in asking what would help make me more comfortable. Explained every detail! Awesome staff and awesome dentist! I’m at home recovering with knowing they are only a phone call away.

I love everyone that works here but especially Dr. Patel! She is the absolute best dentist I have ever been to. The staff and customer service is the best in the business. I came in to replace a crown and get 3 more and felt like I was hangin with friends. If you hate the dentist because you have had some crazy experiences or had life changing experiences please try one last time and come here. Your mind will be blown how fun and easy a dental experience can be and should be. I LOVE PRESTON DENTAL LOFT!!!

The office staff is very pleasant. The office is clean. The staff treats you like a VIP with water or coffee maybe even a soda. They are very concerned about the comfort level. Dr.Patel is one of the nicest dentist I’ve ever been to. She really cares about her patients. She is very thorough with her patients.
