Great Inventory These guys really tried and succeeded in putting a deal together for me. Went there with one used car in mind, rode and drove it and decided on new for same money! Worst car buying experience I hope no one else has The whole car buying experience was derailed by deceptive salespeople. The car salespersons knowingly would withhold information about their vehicles to get me to spending more money.
Terrible experience but great van I love my Ford Transit but the salesman would make up incorrect answers and tell me that I'm wrong then say I have to check on that. The service department incorrectly installed a Ford light kit and it took FOUR separate trips over and a month for them to finally fix what they broke. I mean it was broken so bad another Ford dealership looked at it and refused it fix it since the Ford warranty doesn't cover what a particular dealership breaks. Outstanding. The vehicle I traded in was in perfect running condition given the mileage and my husband and I had planned on trading in a few months however we figured we would see what Preston could offer. After a few vehicle test drives and number crunching, they were able to get us in the 2015 Ford Edge and I am loving it. Our sales person was very accomodating to us even when working with other customers at the same time and they walked us straight through the financing process.
2012 TRANSIT I CAN SAY DURING THE BUYING PROCESS WE WERE TREATED VERY WELL AND ALL WENT THROUGH SMOOTHLY. DUE TO ANOTHER VEHICLE CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE REAR OF OUR NEW TRANSIT, WE CHOSE PRESTON FORD TO DO THE REPAIRS. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! THEY DID NOT DO QUALITY WORK, AS WELL AS THEY CHARGED FOR ALIGNMENT ON THE REAR THAT WAS NEVER COMPLETED. MY MECHANIC FROM ANOTHER ORGINAZATION CALLED ME TO TAKE A LOOK. overall cheats Moved from Vermont expecting the same kind of honesty and service but was literally conned out of $500 on a repair bill, and had to have the "repair" fixed. Gave the sales dept a second chance only because of convenience (and wife's insistence) and while the salesperson, who was new to car sales, tried to do the right thing, his manager proved why car salesmen have the reputation they do. Purchase from them at your own risk, you have been warned.
