Lying about prices I really dont like to leave negative reviews but I feel absolutely lied to by the people here. I booked a 5Ã10 for $139 a month online with ads all over saying 1st month free rent. They call and tell me that my first total with fees is going to be $175 and to make sure I brought that with me and then it will be $139 a month thereafter. Not a pleasant experience The gentleman in the office was unprofessional and made it abundantly clear that he was irritated. It took almost an hour to get my storage unit and he was being so nasty to me that It became evident his unprofessional behavior needed to be documented by video recording on my mobile device. He wanted to to pay for everything after telling him and showing him my confirmation emails that clearly state I already paid over the phone and signed all paperwork and contract digitally through docusign.
