I have had a great experience with Price Self Storage. The units are clean and easy to access. Edith, who works in the front office, has been wonderful to work with! She is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and kindly helped me with the entire process.
It’s a beautiful facility, nice and clean. It have good amenities like free dock carts and nice restroom. It’s in a good area out of the way of transients, fully gated with security cameras; so feel safe about leaving my belongings there. I like how it’s open long hours, 7 days a week. (Way better than Public Storage) And the personal in the office are are very nice and friendly. But also very professional; they helped me with every question I had. Very impressed, comfortable with manager of the San Juan Capistrano facility. All questions answered. I decided to downsize , lower expenses and simplify. Received much clarity in conversation.She absolutely went the extra mile helping me with my needs as she showed me other units, we looked at my present unit and together decided what might be best for my needs. I rented a space here 12 years ago and was very satisfied with my experience that when I recently needed to store some items short term I came back to Price for a second time. As I remembered from before, the facility was clean & secure. Edith & Ali were very helpful & courteous & a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Price Storage for whatever your storage needs are!
