Be honest about the agreement. Misleading statements were made, only to be told later something different. Also, be professional. Call people back, take responsibility, own the outcome.
I have been there for over a year now and couldn't be more pleased! The staff is great, Jessica helped me find a new unit when I had to downsize my rental and helped me find one that would work well for my needs, fit my belongings and was located in a spot that be best for loading my stuff. Had no problem going to different units in different buildings and has always been very kind and helpful!
Jessica was great! She showed me around and helped pick the best unit. Is always very helpful and friendly whenever I'm there. The whole crew has been great as well!
Fantastic! They showed me around to different units and let me check out a few different ones of the same size even while it was raining! Didn't bother them at all and were happy to help !
