Clean and secure facility I've never rented a storage unit before, so I don't have anything to compare this experience to. Pricing seems much higher to other storage facilities in the area when comparing online, but the location, security, and cleanliness of this facility are great. They have storage carts and large elevators which made moving in easy. There is an additional $8/month charge for mandatory insurance, a $22 setup fee, and you have to purchase a barrel lock for $13, all which are not included in the SpareFoot qu... read more
I was very impressed by the facility and the friendly staff.
The people are super friendly and helpful. We got a tour and introductions to some of the other staff. Security is what we had hoped for. Would have liked to have heat/cooling in the building, but they don't have that. Since we'll only be there until spring, we're fine with the facility as-is.
What a rare and pleasant surprise. The professionals who assisted me were phenomenal! Having never used storage facilities before I was uncertain of the size I needed and how it all worked. Your team did a wonderful job in guiding me every step of the way. Thank you for a very positive experience!!

I thought the faculty was very nice and welcoming. The price of the unit was also cheaper than most competitors.
Timely resolution to billing issue I had a billing issue which was quickly resolved in a courteously and timely manner. I appreciate Manager calling me whiile he was on the road. His followup solidified my ratings(Outstanding) in customer service.
