Top notch storage facility! Very clean all around! Plenty of parking for loading & unloading with wide enough areas for other vehicles to pass without having to move to let someone by. Drive up spacious unit stays so cool in the hottest summer months which is perfect and a definite must for my stored items. Happy to report that I’ve never seen rodents, droppings, or bugs in my unit or even around the premises which is extremely important!! Be honest about the agreement. Misleading statements were made, only to be told later something different. Also, be professional. Call people back, take responsibility, own the outcome.
I have been there for over a year now and couldn't be more pleased! The staff is great, Jessica helped me find a new unit when I had to downsize my rental and helped me find one that would work well for my needs, fit my belongings and was located in a spot that be best for loading my stuff. Had no problem going to different units in different buildings and has always been very kind and helpful!
