Be honest about the agreement. Misleading statements were made, only to be told later something different. Also, be professional. Call people back, take responsibility, own the outcome.
I have been there for over a year now and couldn't be more pleased! The staff is great, Jessica helped me find a new unit when I had to downsize my rental and helped me find one that would work well for my needs, fit my belongings and was located in a spot that be best for loading my stuff. Had no problem going to different units in different buildings and has always been very kind and helpful!
