They do not care about you. They’re an HOA so if you have any issues, they’ll disregard it until the situation gets worse AND THEN say they’re not responsible and it’s all on you. I had a roof leak in November and they didn’t do a thing about it and once it came down to end of December, they just handed over the issues to the new HOA company to take care of. I had a roof leak and the ceiling had a quarter size bubble, by the time it was December, the ceiling bubble grew 10x in size in 2 different locations with black mold an... read more

Every time I travel, I return to nonsense. Condo owner at Villa Verde since Jan. 2019. Pipes were backed up and spewing sewage, they fixed it & plumber said they were untouched old pipes from the 70's and should be cleared out every few years for maintenance. Also raising ... read more

Business response:

Cassie, thanks for your comments. As you know Pride does not make those decisions. Your elected Board of Directors (who are also homeowners) make ALL decisions for your Community. Pride simply implements what the Board directs us to do.

To start their HOA dues are more expensive than other HOA's in the immediate area even with their better service. The drive way has many pot holes. The trash bin that they provide us quickly and frequently fills up and especially since random people dump things in it including furniture. It is not uncommon to come across standing water after it rains. I have talked with PCM about these issues and the response have been we will look into it, we will get that taken care of..., ect.

Business response:

Kyle in addition, association fees are not set by Pride. They are set originally by the builder and are increased by your elected Board of Directors. So a comparison between your Community's fees and another is dependent upon many variables; condos v single family, community amenities, association responsibilities (roof, utilities, etc). I would invite you to contact us as we can provide training for prospective Board members that are interested in learning how associations work.
