Aaron is what made the experience great. Due to the timing of my refi, there were a lot of issues. The company overall was overwhelmed due to high volume. I think this was much better managed on the loan end than at the title company. Aaron maintained constant contact with me and was instantaneous in his responsiveness. I do not feel that he could have done anything better to manage a difficult situation. I would definitely refer Aaron, but I might suggest using a different title company.
