The just ok part had nothing to do with Aaron himself just the entire process. There were way too many people involved. Emails were copied to many people and we had maybe 3 or 4 different people along he way communicating with us and asking for things. Sometimes we submitted something to one person then another person would ask for the exact same thing. It got really confusing and frustrating. Aaron was always great tho and answered any questions we had along the way.

Clear communication during the underwriting process. It was never communicated to me our my real estate agent that third part underwriting with Wells' Fargo was required. After several weeks of receiving no response, and with frequent check-ins, we still did not receive any information back. I was continually told that everything was great and that we were on track. Finally, the lack of communication caused us to miss the closing date in the contract. This caused stress, upset, and money.

Few things 1. No clear communication of the Interest rate 2. No clear communication of change of primary borrower after Pre approval was done 3. interest rate was exuberant, considering current interest rate. and not at all accepted 4. Last minute surprise and information on closing cost to an extend of being changed at 12.01 PM when the closing was at 12.01. Overall not a pleasent experience even though we have everything send over in an orderly format..
