Annette is the definition of a pro! She does what she says, REALLY knows her business, & you can count on her! She also made herself available in numerous ways (email, telephone, text...) which was AWESOME because this is a complicated & scary process to the normal home buyer. Annette was very personable & responsive to our questions & concerns throughout the process as well. She seems to really understand that if the pro knows and doesn't communicate, all that expertise is lost to her clients.
