Hi Austin and Team! I enjoyed working with you guys. I rated my experience an 8 because there were some things I wish I had known about earlier in the process (ex: appraisal taking a long time - we had to push out the date for this) The 2nd time we pushed the date was due to the preferred title company, which is not your fault, but I wish we had know more about them and their process. I think the best part was communication. I didnít have to worry of what was going on because they would keep us posted and if I ever emailed with a question it was replied right away. I wouldnít have wanted to do this process with anyone else. My husband and I are so grateful. Thank you Austin
