After buying 4 homes already. Avi is honest and caring. He tells you exactly what to expect throughout the mortgage process. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He works all day and night for you. The day before the closing he contacted me by 8 am and close to 10 that night.

Avi was able to do what other institutions wouldn't and that was spending more time on my case because it required more attention than the normal loan would. I was denied by three other lenders because there employees treated me as a number and not as a person. Avi and his team spent the extra time needed to make it happen for me when no one else would and I will always appreciate what they did for myself and my family. Awesome Group and I will never use anyone else again!

Working with Avi was such a pleasure! He wasn’t out to just get a sale or tell me what I wanted to hear. He let me know my best options and really wanted to help get me into my first house! Any questions that I had he answered to where I understood and if I still didn’t understand he would explain to where I could. He is patient and you can tell he really enjoys what he does! This was my first house and it was such a great experience!

I received Avi' s number from another USDA loan officer because I wanted someone local. I pleasantly surprised by how prompt and effectual he made the process of purchasing a home. He explained everything in a way that answered all my questions before I could ask them. He and Susan made it clear that we could call them at any time which I greatly appreciated. We indicated in our sale's contract that we could close in a month to make our offer more appealing to the seller. Avi and his team easily made that happen with plenty of time to spare. Becky, the processor, made data collection a breeze. We were given the exact amount necessary for closing a full week before the closing. Their fees and the rate we got are fair. A job very well done.
