By far, Chad was the greatest part of our entire buying and selling experience. It’s all so stressful and Chad made all of it so much easier. If Chad could have been my lender, my realtor, the title agent, and everyone else involved... I’d hire him in a second. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of my questions (and dozens that had nothing to do with him) he kills your anxiety, removes your stress, and makes you feel well taken care of. He has all of my appreciation.
