Chad was thorough from start to finish. He was on top of everything; from questions I asked to telling me how everything was going to go, step by step. The process of buying a house always seemed difficult, from the outside looking in, but Chad made it feel incredibly easy; almost to the point I felt like it was too easy. Working with Chad made the overwhelming task of home buying simple, and less stressful. He was sure to explain things that was actually easy to understand. Even more importantly, Chad was always accessible, and promptly returned phone calls and emails with no issues.
