Chad previously assisted me 8 years ago when I was a first time homeowner. I recall back then, Chad going the extra mile to be sure that I was comfortable with the entire process, and that I was able to maximize off of all potential mortgage options and benefits available at the time. Chad did such a great job the first time, I trusted him the second time as my loan officer as well. In fact, I didnít need to shop around for the best rates.
