My experience was great, I did not want to think about refinancing because I thought it would be a lot of paperwork and hassle to do it, I was pleasantly surprised when I was only asked for papers needed, and I could either email them or even take a picture from my phone, and most signatures were done online, and my lender did everything else for me, Crisdee was helpful and easy to work with, made sure to keep track of everything so I didn't have to. Well first of all I have to give Crisdee and her staff a huge shout out! You are all very amazing at what you do. Never once did I feel like I was a burden. Crisdee helped us when nobody else would to get my husband and I into our first home. She was very patient, informative and quick to respond. Any question We had she would have an answer within minutes of not seconds. When going over any paperwork she was very thorough and would explain each step in a way it was easy to understand.
