There was a hugh lack of communication and professionalism during the entire closing experience. I was not made a priority nor was I provided with the most up to date information in a timely manner concerning my loan process. I had to continue to reach out to the loan officer to check on any updates which is not ideal. I should have been better informed of the closing cost prior to the day of closing. I have also had issues with contacting the company that now has my loan. The lines of communication were not acceptable.
