The constant communication... via email, phone calls, text messages. David really did a great job in understanding our situation, and helped us walk through the process each step of the way. The signing was the only challenging thing to understand, as we are not that tech savy... but there again David answered my calls, even in off hours. I'm glad we were able to work with a real person, one who actually was helpful and considerate. We weren't treated like just a number. And the results were a winner.

Working with David was great! He is responsive, professional and goes the extra mile. We would without hesitation recommend David to our friends. The only negative experience was with the underwriter (out of David's control). Not sure if it is the loan company or the underwriter specifically, but the process was tedious and frustrating.
