While initially we received great service and communication, once the process of providing the loan documentation and aligning on next steps began, we had a tough time getting a response from the team. I would need to follow up multiple times to get answers. With the exception of Kate Rhoda, who was outstanding. We also received great support from Chad when we still had questions at the 11th hour before closing.
