Provide more transparency in the process that impacts the customers financing. Request required documentation for the approval process from customers two weeks in advance instead of two business days in advance of closing. Save your customers some stress by securing the final loan approval prior to the day of closing.

I know we are in a different environment but I feel like I didn't know the steps in the process and had to keep asking. Your team is friendly and efficient, but I would have liked a timeline of the steps to approval. Thank you for getting my approval done in a timely manner to hit a quick close date.

Extremely Slow process. Didnít provide straight forward responses. Had to ask same question multiple times to get an adequate response. We Originally referred my father in law earlier in the year who also had a terrible experience with another associate. He ended up dropping out after ~6 months thru the process. Went somewhere else and will close within 2 months.

- You sent my PII in unsecured email, - Send secure emails and text the password instead of sending in separate email (if email hacked, how is that secure) - waaaayyyyyyy too many emails and confusion over what to send and why - should have a single portal that can sign in to and track documents.
