The communication could have been better. I get the more you dig the more is revealed. But when you say." I need x,y and z. And if i don't have it by tomorrow we will not close ". I understand a lot is time sensitive, but it's the way you talk to people that goes along way. Something a minutes worth of explanation makes all the difference in the world.
