The overall process was positive and Ida participation was very good/positive as it was on the other 3 transactions that I did previously with her. However the amount of documentation being requested for the underwriting process is getting to a point that is simply borderline ridiculous. And the fact that we had to delay the closing, from morning to afternoon, after having provided the 45 days (or close to it) that were requested was also not a positive experience.
