Jim was super helpful right of the bat. I gave him a bunch of detailed information and he said bottom line you let me know what you want your mortgage payment to be and we'll tell you what can be done. From there, Melissa and I worked together almost daily and made a 22 day closing happen. She was on top of everything and extremely responsive, which I loved. Great team to work with and I will recommend them to family I have moving to the area!

I had officially changed names with work just a few months before purchasing my home. Metro is not the quickest or most efficient at updating records. It caused several hurdles in verifying my employment. Melissa was patient and helpful, even giving up her computer and desk for me to try to obtain needed information and documents. She truly has the kindest and sweetest demeanor about herself. She is much appreciated. Mr. McVey answered all my questions (and there were many).

A few months back Jim and his team worked with us on the purchase of our new home. It was seamless. The biggest fear people have is fear of the unknown and at no point in this process did my wife and I feel "in the dark" about anything. Everyone at the office was very easily accessible and made the entire process simple. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to get into a new home!

It was so easy to work with Jim and his team. Their creative and ìout of the boxî thinking got us financed and into the house we wanted. I am not physically located in Tennessee and had to go through the mortgage process electronically. Jim and Melissa always answered questions quickly and made this process seamless. In fact, we had to close by a certain date or had to pay a daily fee. Jim and Melissa worked to get us to closing so we wouldn't incur any fees, in fact, we were ready two days ahead of time! I highly recommend Jim and his group. It was a real pleasure.
