I am not sure why we had to wait on insurance and underwriting to request an appraisal. Then the appraisal took more than 10 days to come back. Meanwhile my seller client was extremely upset and frustrated.

took way to long, 5 months, communication on what was needed was poor, always after the fact needing something else. I have done lots of refinancing and have never encountered one that was done like this. I think half of the problems are company related.
