I cannot say enough about James! He helped me through every step and was always available with any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend James to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and outstanding service. With this being my first home purchase I had many many questions and James never let me down, never made me feel dumb and always kept good communication! James' communication and professionalism sets him above the rest in the mortgage industry. His follow up on items to get to closing on time was great and very necessary with our busy lives. His broad knowledge of the mortgage and real estate industry gives him the ability to forecast issues before they happen. I look forward to working with James purchasing our next house.

We had a lot of debt from moving cross country, but had decent income and history of paying our bills. James never made us feel embarrassed because of our less-than-ideal credit situation. He never made us feel judged for our situation and just kept working to get us a loan.

My husband and I worked with James for our conventional home loan. James was so flexible with us and wrote so many pre qualification letters while we were negotiating a price with our sellers and worked diligently to help us close on our home in 30 days. This is the second time that I have worked with James Rhodes and he has demonstrated that he is knowledgeable in the loan process. He has returned my called on weekends and evenings. He is very clear in his communication and has never promised me something that he was unable to deliver. He does his job really well and goes above and beyond what is reasonable.
